It reminded myself and The Rocket of the old days of Big Bash games at the WACA, minus the paper aeroplane contests from the top deck of the stands.

I mean, you look at this near identical shot of the stadium I took about 45 minutes before that, and by comparison, you just go “Yeah, and?”

Oddly enough, I think that Perth night sky turned completely orange by the end of the game….

Obviously it was some kind of tribute to the Scorchers winning their 4th game in a row…. or it was someone just burning chemicals out in the hills.
