When all seems doomed, and the Value Pick and the Pick of the Day go to crap….
ALONG COMES RIVER BEAU AT THE DEATH TO CLING ON FOR ANOTHER VALUE PICK VICTORY TO CRAAAAAAAAAZY CRAIG

Held on by the hairs on his chinny chin-chin, and you know what that means…
Sound the victory tune, CRAZY CRAIG HAS DONE IT AGAIN!
I am not kidding, River Beau was $6 yesterday, then he got wound out to $10 until the jump.
Can you believe that?
Hahahahahahahahahaha….
Hang on, I’m not done….
Hahahahahahahaahaha, ah those stupid dickheads.
Who doubts him, who doubts him. still.
So that’s 3 out of the last 4 Saturdays that have resulted in a Value Pick victory of some kind, and the odd week out saw one of Crazy Craig’s favourite picks get home, so if my maths are right, that’s 5 consecutive weeks with a winner for Crazy Craig.
Anyway, with Randwick getting rained out by God’s vengeance on the Mardi Gras, my primary thought process from the day, and I’m definitely not the only person to think the same question in their heads…
Who is the best jockey in Australia, and why is it James McDonald?
Pick of the Day: I Wish I Win in the Toorak Handicap at Caulfield = 5th
Who cares if he got given too much to do from the rear, that race was over the second I Wish I Win got a vet check behind the barrier…
Those ****in’ things are a curse on anyone.
Value Pick: Grand Promenade E/W in the Herbert Power Stakes at Caulfield (Race 5) = 9th
I thought he running okay alongside the eventual winner in Saracen Knight, then he just lost his spot in running on the turn and that was all she wrote, ultimately recovering late to run 9th after looking like running in the final 3.
Based on that run, I might actually back him if he ever gets out to 4800m, rather than 3200m.
Oh yes, and how I can forget the fact that he FINISHED 9TH.
Needless Ascot Pick: River Beau E/W in Race 7 at Ascot = WINNER ($10w/$2.90p)

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, THANKS FOR COMING EVERYONE.
