Queensland sporting teams are having nightmares at Perth Stadium

This is completely ignoring the two blowout victories the Brisbane Lions enjoyed against Fremantle in Perth since 2018… and that one win the Brisbane Heat had against the Scorchers in 2019.

Round 10, 2019 of the AFL: Michael Walters defeats the Brisbane Lions by hitting the post after the siren

State Of Origin II 2019: New South Wales defeat Queensland 38 to 6 in the driving rain at Perth Stadium as Tom Trbojevic scores a hat-trick

And I didn’t move from my seat that entire game.

January 11, 2020: The Brisbane Heat give up 3/213 against the Perth Scorchers as Mitch Marsh scores 93 off 41… it was the 3rd-highest Big Bash score in the league’s history… for all of one day.

State of Origin II: New South Wales defeat Queensland 44 to 12 at Perth Stadium, despite Queensland leading 12-8 in the last minute before half time

This one may not truly count, considering Queensland did go on to win Game III.

And now:

Big Bash 12 Final: The Perth Scorchers mow down 38 off the last 3 overs to defeat the Brisbane Heat, thanks to 19-year-old Cooper Connolly, who looks like a character from Dazed and Confused, scoring 25 off 11 balls at the death, and Nick Hobson going from running out Ashton Turner to hitting the winning runs.

Alright, alright, alright.
