So I’m back in Perth now, but before the Chalk Eaters pops up tomorrow,here’s a look at the Yallingup sunset at 7:45 on Wednesday night from our room at Seashells (By the sea shore) opposite Caves House:

What I found so peculiar about last night is that the gap in the cloud formations almost makes it look as though the sun is still up behind those trees… or maybe it was just me being in a state after that Wine For Dudes tour:

Now, compare it to the sunset that appeared at Optus Stadium on Saturday night…. The colours are a dead ringer:
